What We Provide
We provide individualized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. We also offer Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and traditional Psychotherapy, dependent upon needs of the person being served.

How We Offer Our Services
We offer individual, group and family support in an outpatient setting for adults and children. We also offer in home support for children and families.
